Job Title: Senior QA/QC Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance/Quality Control: Implement and monitor QA/QC plans and procedures on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. Contractor Coordination: Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure all construction activities meet the required quality standards. Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits of materials and construction processes to identify and address quality issues promptly. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control processes. Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports to project management. Problem Resolution: Identify, report, and resolve any non-conformances or quality issues in a timely manner to avoid project delays. Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that QA/QC standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a QA/QC role, with a proven track record on high-rise building projects
