Job Description

The Role

We are hiring a Senior QA/QC Engineer for a warehouse project located in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong technical and leadership skills to oversee all QA/QC activities and ensure strict compliance with project specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: o Develop, implement, and supervise QA/QC procedures and inspection & test plans (ITPs). o Lead site inspections and ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. o Manage QA/QC documentation, testing reports, NCRs, and corrective actions. o Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to address and close quality issues. o Support testing, commissioning, and project handover stages. o Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior QA/QC staff.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. o Minimum 8-10 years of QA/QC experience in construction, with solid exposure to MEP and civil works. o Proven experience in warehouse, industrial, or large-scale projects. o Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills. o Familiarity with ISO quality standards and documentation systems.
