. We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-orientedSenior QA/QC Engineer
to join our growing technical teamimmediately
in Doha.Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the
Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system
in accordance with company standards and client requirements. Prepare and updateInspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
,Method Statements
, andQuality Procedures
. Conduct regularsite inspections
and ensure all works comply with project specifications and QCS / Ashghal standards. Monitor and verifymaterials, equipment, and workmanship
against approved drawings and specifications. Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation, includingNCRs, corrective actions, and audit reports
. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding QA/QC matters and ensure timely resolution of quality issues. Lead internal quality audits and participate in external inspections and project reviews. Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practices.Qualifications:
Preferred:
Candidates currently residing inQatar
.Experience:
Minimum5 years
of experience in QA/QC withinITS, Traffic Signals, or Electrical/Infrastructure projects
. Bachelor's Degree inElectrical / Civil / Electronics Engineering
or a related discipline. Excellent knowledge ofQatar Construction Specifications (QCS)
andAshghal / MOI / QF standards.
Certifications:
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or equivalent certification preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and technical reporting ability.NOC:
Must be available to transfer sponsorship.Language:
Arabic speaker preferred; English fluency required.Availability:
Must be able tojoin immediately.
