Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Qatar. If you have a passion for quality, safety, and excellence in construction, this role is for you. You will lead and manage quality functions for large building and school projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee all QA/QC activities for building and school projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Manage quality inspections, audits, and reporting. Work with project teams to ensure fire systems and life safety upgrades meet requirements. Support continuous improvement of quality processes and practices. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years total in construction, with 10+ years in QA/QC and school/building projects.

Certifications:

UPDA Certificate (mandatory). IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (mandatory). PMP Certification (preferred).

Additional:

Previous experience in PWA/Ashghal projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of fire systems, upgrades, and life safety projects.
