We are seeking an experienced

Senior QA/QC Engineer

with strong construction background in the

UAE

to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems to ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party agencies Conduct site inspections, material inspections, and workmanship checks Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents Ensure proper documentation of inspections, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality records Issue and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective actions Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors on quality matters Participate in internal and external audits Ensure all works meet local authority requirements (DM, DDA, DEWA, etc., as applicable)

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum

2+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects within the UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations Experience in building, infrastructure, or MEP projects (specify if needed) Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting Familiar with ISO standards and quality control procedures Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Immediate joiners preferred (optional)
