WE ARE HIRING
We are looking for a highly skilled
QA/QC Engineer
with8-12 years of hands-on experience
in quality assurance and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industry standards, inspection methods, documentation, and implementation of quality systems in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements. Conduct material inspections, site inspections, and ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and standards. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues. Review and verify all technical documentation such as drawings, reports, and test certificates. Maintain documentation and records for quality audits and project closeouts. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards. Lead internal and external audits and liaise with third-party inspectors as required. Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and KPIs. Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff and site engineers on quality systems and best practices.
