The Role
We are seeking a
Senior QA & Governance Specialist
to - sit within our Strategy Office - fit within our dynamic environment in the QA & Business Process Team under the Strategy office umbrella- . You will be the guardian of our standards and the eye to see key improvement areas. Your mission is to design, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) frameworks that ensure every department--from Operations to Tech--is running efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & Compliance Frameworks
Develop and maintain the company's Corporate Governance framework, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date and accessible.
Ensure organizational compliance with international standards (specifically
ISO 9001
) and local regulations in all operating countries (Egypt, KSA, Thailand & Nigeria.).
2. Process Architecture & Optimization
Collaborate with Department Heads to map out "As-Is" business processes and design optimized "To-Be" workflows.
Draft and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between departments.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement
Lean/Six Sigma
methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
3. Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring
Monitor adherence to internal policies and flag non-compliance issues to the Strategy Head.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major operational failures or customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
Define Quality KPIs aligned with the company's OKRs and produce monthly Quality Health Reports for executive leadership.
4. Risk Management
Maintain the corporate Risk Register, identifying potential operational and strategic risks.
Work with process owners to develop risk mitigation plans.
5.
Business Requirements (Plus)
Participate in the creation of BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) that help liaise between business stakeholders and tech. teams, bridging the gap in communication.*
Requirements
Experience:
3 to 5
years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Process Management, or Internal Audit, preferably in the
Tech, Logistics, or Operations
sectors.
Education:
Bachelor's Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
+ Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
+ PMP or COBIT certifications are a plus.
