Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior QA Engineer

to lead and oversee quality assurance activities across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, be a certified

IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO 9001

, and possess in-depth knowledge of quality management systems. The role requires ensuring compliance with applicable standards, continuous improvement of processes, and maintaining high-quality deliverables across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with

ISO 9001 standards

. Lead internal and external audits as an

IRCA-certified Lead Auditor

. Review and approve project-specific quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance. Monitor QA/QC performance indicators and initiate corrective/preventive actions when necessary. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Provide quality-related training and mentoring to staff and project teams. Prepare quality documentation, reports, and audit findings for management review. Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors on quality-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent).

IRCA Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001

(valid and current). Minimum

5

years of relevant experiencein QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS development, and audit practices. Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors is highly preferred. Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills. Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
