Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties, focusing on high-potential projects in the region.
Develop and maintain a network of clients, providing them with information on new and upcoming projects.
Present detailed information on floor plans, payment schedules, amenities, and construction timelines.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and property developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Ability to handle multiple projects and clients with professionalism.
Real estate license (if applicable).
