. You will play a pivotal role in servicing a high-net-worth international clientele, especially German-speaking investors and end-users, guiding them through property transactions across Dubai's prime residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients and investors.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.
Stay updated with Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market activities.
Prepare comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
Coordinate with developers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Attend property exhibitions and networking events.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in real estate sales, Dubai.
Fluent in German
(native or near-native level) and
proficient in English
.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate laws, processes, and market segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA Certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain).
