2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, in both off-plan and secondary market.
Confident, results-oriented and target-driven.
Must have a valid UAE driving license

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and profitable opportunities.
Build and nurture strong long-term client relationships, and ensure exceptional client servicing.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales/rental transactions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and tenants to ensure seamless transactions.
