We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, particularly in the secondary market and exclusive projects. This position offers competitive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions. Actively engage in the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis in the real estate sector. Promote and sell properties in the secondary market, showcasing exclusive projects and their unique features. Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials to prospective buyers. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve optimal results for clients and the company. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team performance. Attend networking events and industry-related functions to expand professional connections and increase visibility in the market. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

Freshers with good Qualification can also apply.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
