Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a strong sense of honesty and integrity, and the ability to provide clients with professional guidance on off-plan properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective clients. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property developments, pricing, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

Language :

Arabic, Persian, and Russian (English must)

1 to 2 years of experience

in property sales, preferably off-plan or real estate consulting. Strong

communication
