Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in real estate sales, with proven leadership experience.
Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Dubai's property market, pricing, and regulations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
License:
RERA certification (preferred).
