Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants
Drive team and individual sales targets for off-plan projects
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client handling
Assist consultants with client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay updated on new launches
Ensure accurate reporting of leads, sales pipelines, and closings
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies
Requirements & Skills
2-5 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales
Previous experience as a
Team Leader or Senior Property Consultant
is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of off-plan projects, developers, payment plans, and market trends
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
