Job Description
VidaBricks Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to manage key clients, close property deals, and contribute to the company's growth. This role offers a fixed salary plus attractive commission structure.
Responsibilities
:Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties Manage and grow a portfolio of clients Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations Achieve and exceed individual sales targets Monitor real estate market trends and pricing Support junior consultants when required
Requirements
:Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or consultancy Proven track record in closing property deals Strong negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge of the local property market
