This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Secondary Markets / Manager - Off Plan Market In Dubai. The primary responsibilities include managing and leading sales strategies in the secondary property market, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, and negotiating agreements. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying informed about market trends, analyzing data to drive business decisions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will also oversee client portfolios and identify investment opportunities aligned with client needs for Renting , Leasing and Resale.

Renumeration : Salary + Incentive

Qualifications

Expertise in sales, property management, and secondary/primary real estate market operations Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills to engage with clients and stakeholders Strategic thinking, data analysis, and market trend interpretation abilities Proficiency in team management and cross-functional collaboration Proven track record of achieving targeted sales and closing transactions Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai or the broader Middle East region Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Driving Licence is mandatory Preference for self visa
