Senior Property Consultant
to manage key clients, close property deals, and contribute to the company's growth. This role offers afixed salary plus attractive commission structure
.Responsibilities:
Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties Manage and grow a portfolio of clients Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations Achieve and exceed individual sales targets Monitor real estate market trends and pricing Support junior consultants when required
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy Proven track record in closing property deals Strong negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge of the local property market Real estate license (if required locally)
