Al Burraq Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and grow our dynamic real estate sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the UAE property market and previous experience managing a team of
5-10 real estate agents
. This role is ideal for a leader who can drive sales performance, motivate agents, and manage daily operations to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support a team of
5-10 experienced real estate sales agents
.
Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide training and guidance to ensure team members perform at their highest potential.
Oversee lead generation, client relationship management, and closing processes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Assist team members with negotiations, deal structuring, and documentation.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and uphold company standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary:
AED 10,000 per month.
Commission:
5% on all successful closings generated by team members.
Financial Support:
Provided to team members as a retention strategy.
Opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles within the company.
Requirements
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
in UAE real estate sales.
MUST HAVE ATLEAST 5-10 EXPERIENCED AGENT WITH HIM AS A TEAM.
Proven experience managing a team of real estate agents in the UAE.
Strong network within the Dubai / UAE property market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to motivate and retain high-performing sales agents.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
RERA certification is a plus.
