Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Senior Property Consultant

to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, proven sales experience, and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand a client portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors Conduct property viewings and negotiations with potential clients Handle inquiries from company-provided leads and personal networks Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate trends and regulations Collaborate with the marketing and admin team for listings and promotions Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

Requirements:

? Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a Real Estate Broker/Consultant in Dubai
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Excellent spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
? Valid

UAE driving license

and access to a vehicle
? RERA certification preferred (can be obtained after joining)
? Highly motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
