Job Summary:

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and leasing activities, managing client relationships, and providing expert guidance throughout the property transaction process. You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, leading negotiations, and delivering high-quality customer service to both investors and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants) Manage property listings and ensure accurate representation on all marketing platforms Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters Negotiate offers and close deals in a timely and professional manner Maintain and expand a strong client database for future business opportunities Stay updated with real estate laws, trends, and RERA regulations Collaborate with developers, property managers, and other agents to achieve business targets Mentor and guide junior agents, when applicable

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate (sales and/or leasing) Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and online property portals
