Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and regulations. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals. Provide clients with professional guidance and advice tailored to their property needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and RERA regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Presentable, professional, and client-focused. Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
