Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and property valuations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior sales staff.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.
