Senior Property Consultant

As a Senior Property Consultant based in Dubai, you will leverage your expertise in the real estate market to deliver exceptional advisory services, drive property transactions, and build lasting client relationships. Your deep understanding of market trends, sharp negotiation skills, and consultative approach will help clients make optimal property decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, property valuations, and financing options. Source and present high-potential listings and off-plan opportunities to clients. Conduct property viewings, showcase benefits, and guide clients through decision-making. Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and investors to uncover new opportunities. Negotiate deals effectively and close transactions ethically and professionally. Stay informed on Dubai's real estate regulations, policies, and market trends. Conduct market research and analysis to spot demand, pricing shifts, and profitable areas. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure after-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years in real estate sales or consultancy in Dubai--especially with off-plan, secondary market, or investment projects. Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and client-centered. UAE real estate license or driving license preferred. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
