Job Description
NOTE:
This is TARGET BASED ROLEWhat We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle leasing and sales transactions from start to finish
2. Generate and follow up on leads through various channels
3. Conduct property viewings and negotiations with clients
4. Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
5. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
6. Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with company and legal standards
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in real estate leasing and/or sales (1+ year preferred)
2. Valid driving license and access to a car (if applicable)
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Highly motivated, goal-driven, and target-oriented
5. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
6. Must be presentable and professional in conduct
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
* Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
