As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, you will focus on selling new and upcoming residential and commercial developments in Dubai. You'll act as a key advisor for investors and end-users, representing leading developers, and ensuring high-conversion advisory services based on up to-date project knowledge and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent off-plan properties from reputable developers in Dubai.
Prospect new clients through cold calling, referrals, and marketing leads provided by the company.
Maintain expert knowledge of all assigned off-plan projects, master plans, payment plans, and handover schedules.
Present tailored project proposals to investors and buyers.
Qualify leads and conduct consultations (physical/virtual) based on investor requirements.
Attend project launch events, roadshows, and site visits.
Prepare CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis) for clients considering project investments.
Manage negotiations and prepare necessary documents for booking and reservation.
Liaise with developers and clients for booking forms, SPA signings, and payment schedules.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building with clients for future referrals and repeat business.
Stay updated with current market trends, government announcements (e.g., Golden Visa, RERA regulations), and investment schemes.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status in real-time.
Participate in team training, sales meetings, and personal development sessions.
? Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience, preferably in off-plan sales.
Knowledge of developers like Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.
Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
RERA certification (preferred or must be completed within onboarding month).
