About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced

Senior Property Consultant

to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, a strong understanding of the local market, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

This role is ideal for professionals with at least

6 months of real estate experience

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities in both

off-plan and secondary market

properties, offering strategic guidance based on their needs and investment goals.

Actively

generate, qualify, and manage leads

through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and property portals.

Manage the full sales cycle

; from initial inquiry to deal closure, including conducting property viewings, presenting investment proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

market trends, project launches, pricing structures

, and competitive inventory across all major developers and areas.

Provide expert consultation to clients by analyzing market data, return on investment, and potential capital appreciation.

Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with new and existing clients, delivering a high standard of personalized service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to optimize listings, campaigns, and client engagement strategies.

Mentor or assist junior agents when required, contributing to the overall success and professionalism of the team.

Requirements

Minimum

6 months of experience in the real estate industry

. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms is a plus.
