Key Responsibilities:
Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful property transactions.
Conduct property viewings and market analysis.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Keep up to date with real estate trends, laws, and documentation requirements.
Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently and ethically.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a property consultant or in a similar sales role (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong knowledge of local property markets and legal requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, driven, and a self-starter.
Valid real estate license (if required by local laws).
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
