Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Senior Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves providing expert advice, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



-Consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

-Assist with property sales, rentals, and viewings.

-Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends.

-Negotiate deals on behalf of clients.

-Create and manage property listings.

-Handle paperwork and ensure legal compliance.

-Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and agents.

Qualifications:



-Experience in real estate sales or consulting (1-3 years preferred).

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Knowledge of local property market trends.

-Customer-focused and sales-driven attitude.
