Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of property markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. This role involves advising clients on property purchases, investments, leasing, and sales, while ensuring the highest levels of service and professionalism. The Senior Consultant will also mentor junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research and comparative market analysis. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and present property proposals and investment strategies. Negotiate contracts and close transactions effectively. Provide guidance and training to junior consultants. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and property values.
