Role Description

We are currently seeking a

Real Estate Broker

to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in

Dubai, UAE

. This is a

commission-only role

ideal for highly driven, motivated professionals who are passionate about real estate and delivering top-tier service. The Real Estate Broker will handle property sales and rentals, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage the sale and rental of prime residential properties across Dubai Generate leads through cold calling, property canvassing, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors Prepare accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) and organize high-quality property photography Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and match clients with appropriate properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate lease/sale terms between landlords and tenants or buyers and sellers Facilitate smooth transaction processes including title transfers at DLD Provide regular market updates and expert advice to clients Maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and communication

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate laws, market trends, and communities Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to generate and convert leads independently Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred RERA certification is a plus
