We are looking to hire a motivated and professional Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert advice and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in property transactions (buying, selling, renting)
Conduct market research to identify property value and trends
Schedule and conduct property viewings
Maintain updated knowledge of property laws and market conditions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions
Prepare and manage necessary documents and agreements
Meet sales targets and generate new leads
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local property market
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and in a team
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or real estate is a plus
