Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored property solutions to meet their needs.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing strategies, and investment advice.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting properties.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of being a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Show properties, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
Provide market analysis, pricing guidance, and sales strategies to clients
Manage and maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and marketing efforts
