Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. You will guide clients through the property market, assess their needs, and offer tailored advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct market research to identify potential properties and trends Provide property valuations and pricing guidance Coordinate property viewings and inspections Negotiate property deals with buyers, sellers, and agents Maintain relationships with clients and build a network of leads Keep up to date with local property laws, market conditions, and financing options Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, leases, etc.) Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and social media

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate Strong knowledge of local property market and real estate procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset and a professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and real estate databases (e.g., CRM software) High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations)
