Asico Real Estate- Alsuwaidi Group is looking for an ambitious and experienced

Senior Property Consultant

to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing high-value property deals, and mentoring junior consultants. This role requires deep market knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive results in Dubai's competitive real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively source and secure new property listings (off-plan and ready properties) Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistency Conduct property viewings and negotiations with potential buyers/tenants Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements Manage the full sales/leasing process from prospecting to closing Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Mentor and guide junior consultants as needed Work closely with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (preferably off-plan or luxury) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and DLD processes Valid UAE driving license + own car (preferred) RERA certification (preferred)
