Your Role:
As a Senior Property Consultant, you will lead client relationships, drive transactions, and contribute to business growth. You'll work with buyers, sellers, and investors, using your expertise to guide them through every step of the real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial listings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
Provide market insights and investment advice to clients
Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams
Mentor junior consultants and support team development
Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the local property market
Real estate license (required or in-progress depending on jurisdiction)
Tech-savvy with CRM and real estate listing platforms
