REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Seeking a Real Estate Agent with a strong personality, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual proficient in English (Read, Write & Speak).
Conduct face-to-face meetings to engage prospective clients.
Generate and manage lists of available properties.
Guide and assist sellers and buyers for the right price under the best terms.
Strong negotiation skills between buyers and sellers.
Perform comparative market analysis for property valuation.
Conduct viewings and effective follow-up.
Proven sales and leasing experience required.
Must have a car and a valid driving license.
Minimum 2 year of experience in Dubai's real estate sector
