Key Responsibilities.
Generate leads and manage client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Advise clients on property options, pricing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Stay updated on market trends, communities, and competitor activities in Abu Dhabi.
Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
Requirements.
0-3 years of experience in Real estate sales in Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of the local property market, communities, and current trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
