. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while generating leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals
Conduct property viewings with clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate offers and close sales or rental deals
Maintain strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Build and manage a database of clients and listings
Coordinate with landlords, developers, and brokers
Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
Follow company policies and RERA (or local real estate authority) guidelines
Requirements:
Previous real estate sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of the local property market
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
English required; additional languages are a plus
Must be self-motivated and commission-driven
Compensation:
100% commission-based
with pocket money for first two months.
