Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Property Consultant

to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing expert guidance to clients on property investments, sales, and leasing while ensuring a seamless and profitable experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the UAE real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong network of clients and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high-value property transactions, including sales, leasing, and investments. Provide strategic consultation to clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure informed decision-making. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations. Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to maximize property exposure. Train and mentor junior property consultants to enhance team performance. Represent the company at networking events, property expos, and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or consulting, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.

Proven track record in high-value property sales and investment advisory.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and property market trends.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while leading and mentoring junior team members.

Valid UAE real estate license or certification (preferred).

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and investment analysis.
