Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients, fostering long-term relationships and encouraging referrals. Provide expert advice on property investments, sales, and leasing, tailored to clients' needs. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations, showcasing features and benefits. Negotiate terms and conditions for successful transactions while ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, offering clients accurate and insightful guidance. Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and brokers to access exclusive listings and close deals. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties effectively through online and offline channels. Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Mentor junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and local market dynamics. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
