Experience
Minimum of
8 years
of progressive experience in Project / Program Management.Domain Expertise

5 years
of hands-on experience managingDigital Transformation
,Data Management & Governance
, orConsulting
projects.Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration
, Computer Science, Information Technology
, or a related field.Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)
is highly desirable.Project Management Methodologies
Strong expertise in modern project management methodologies such as
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid
, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs.Certifications
PMP
(Project Management Professional) orPRINCE2
certification is required.Soft Skills
Exceptional
stakeholder management
,conflict resolution
,leadership
, andexecutive-level communication
skills (both written and presentation).
