• Managing, Planning, budgeting and financial management related to all O&M affairs.
• Provides overall direction and management of O&M Contracts; monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget per contractual obligations; monitors risks/problems and helps develop resolution options.
• To deliver high-quality, prompt, courteous O&M services supporting customers\xe2\x80\x99 business needs in a safe working environment.
• Provides supervision and management support of the O&M Team( All O&M Service Providers and sub-consultant), reporting the overall cost and schedule status.
• Responsible for monitoring the execution of the technical, financial and administrative functions of the O& A contracts. Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after carefully assessing how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
• Implementing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs.
• Heads up, tiger or special study teams to manage and resolve potential issues before they become programmatic problems.
• Develop a performance management system for all Service Providers.
• Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency.
• Promotes technical and commercial excellence through applying KPls, Quality Assurance processes & service level agreements (SLAs) reviews with service providers throughout the term of the Contract. Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones and any condition that would affect project cost or schedule.
• Ensuring that QA/QC procedures and standards are being implemented and followed.
• Review the Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s submitted Monthly Reports.
• Manage the Contractor and CSC fully compliant with the Project Health and Safety plan.
• Monitor and review O& M service providers, Consultants\xe2\x80\x99 / Contractors\xe2\x80\x99 performance, give regular, objective feedback on progress, and deal immediately with poor performance.
