About the Role

El Patio Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager (Landscape) to lead the delivery of large-scale parks, public realm, and landscape infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in landscape design and supervision, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for landscape and public realm projects, from design to construction.

Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Oversee design and supervision teams, ensuring compliance with DMT/ADM, ADQCC, ADDC, ITC, and other authority requirements.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, government entities, and sub-consultants.

Ensure high-quality deliverables, timely submissions, and adherence to project milestones.

Review technical reports, design packages, tender documents, and contractor submittals.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and commercial tracking documents.

Guide and mentor junior team members in technical and managerial tasks
