They are currently expanding due to new projects and are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join their team.
This position is for an experienced individual who has experience combining creativity and technical knowledge with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver projects to the clients satisfaction.

As a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager, youll be required to work Monday to Friday
To be considered as a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager you must have:
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience in Architecture, Design, Construction or Contracts Management field
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract
- Contract Review / Consultancy Agreement Review
- Procurement / Appointment of Sub-Consultants
- Project Delivery / Project Management
- Project Scheduling Experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Variations, Disputes & Claims Management
- Tender Process Management
- Risk Assessment & Prevention
- Negotiation Skills
