As a Project Manager for Innovation and Growth, you will be responsible for managing projects aimed at driving innovation and growth for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that promote new ideas, products, services, and technologies that drive revenue growth and enhance our competitive position in the market.

A core focus will be managing the growth community across the organization by driving the rhythm of meetings, identifying opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge, fostering a culture of innovation and growth, and promoting best practices in project management.

Technical & Product

-Develop and execute project plans that promote innovation and growth, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

-Act as a liaison between the growth community and senior leadership, providing regular updates on community activities and outcomes, and advocating for the community\'s needs and priorities.

-Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

-Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

-Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed to mitigate potential impact on project timelines and deliverables.

-Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project budgets.

Innovative & Analytical Mindset

Learning new technologies: Working in a role that focuses on driving innovation and growth, you will have the opportunity to learn about new technologies, tools, and platforms that can be leveraged to drive business growth. This includes staying up to date with emerging trends in areas such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.

Qualifications

-Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or related field.

-At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for digital, innovation or growth.

-Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

-Strong understanding of product development lifecycles

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

-Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

-Experience in a technology-driven industry is preferred
