Job Details
As a Senior Project Manager specializing in the Financial sector, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects crucial for the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan. This includes coordinating various resources involved in each project\xe2\x80\x99s life cycle, managing diverse work teams, and providing leadership and supervision. Your role involves constant communication with the Business to understand needs and guide them toward technical solutions, ensuring efficiency in terms of time and costs. Collaborating with different IT teams, both internal and external, is vital to guarantee the technical implementation of projects. Consolidating functional and technical knowledge in the Financial field and providing regular reporting to direct managers, management, and Program monitoring teams are essential components of your responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Desired experience: 7 years in Development projects, with at least 5 years in the Insurance Sector.
- Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s and/or University Degree.
- Project management expertise in the IT field, including control of deadlines, risks, scope, and cost.
- General knowledge of the Insurance Business,
- Experience in software development based on microservices architecture.
