Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager
LNR Consultancy are currently working with a top design consultancy who have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager. You will have a strong design and technical background with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects to the clients' satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from inception to completion and should have the following qualities and skills:
Suitable candidates will come from a background of Architecture, Design, Construction, or Contracts Management field. Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract. Contract Review / Consultancy Agreement Review. Procurement / Appointment of Sub-Consultants. Project Delivery / Project Management. Project Scheduling Experience. Strong organization and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Variations, Disputes & Claims Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
