The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of our construction projects, from initiation to completion. You will manage project teams, control budgets and schedules, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Financial Management
: Track project costs against budget using our ERPNext system, and manage project profitability.
Client & Stakeholder Management
: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Team Leadership
: Lead and mentor project teams, including site supervisors and foremen, to ensure project goals are achieved.
Documentation & Reporting
: Utilize ERPNext for all project-related documentation, including timesheets, material requests, and progress reports.
Risk & Safety Management
: Identify and mitigate potential project risks and enforce strict site safety protocols.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience
as a Project Manager in the
construction/contracting industry
.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience with ERP systems for project management, with prior knowledge of ERPNext being a distinct advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Valid UAE Driver's License is a must.
