- Ability to understand fit out package drawings and execute at site
- To be able to work cohesively with all stakeholders to ensure project is delivered as per expectations and on time
- Site execution of turnkey fitout project including but not limited to joinery , MEP , CIVIL works and labour management skills
- Adhering to timely commitments
